Remote Support - We will continue to build upon the popular support options we offer NextIs customers with the addition of
comprehensive Remote Support. Improved call escalation and tracking and a new series of customer focused workshops that will be introduced.
Investment in our own infrastructure - We will install a new IP based telephony solution for improved call handling and call tracking. We will also invest in new servers based around new technologies.Flexible maintenance- Choice of two maintenance services, both offering full coverage and "out of office hours" covers to service customer’s hardware and software solutions promptly. Customers have a direct phone number for quicker service. |

In June 2005 NextIs, enters the markets of Travel Agencies, Tour Operators and Airline automation systems through an agreement signed with Panasoft S.A. member of Pouliades Group of Companies. This agreement gave NextIs the exclusive rights to represent Panasoft and it’s product Travel Force 2000 in Cyprus. |
